OUR RETURN POLICY

​

o   Due to hygiene reasons, we do not currently have a returns policy in place.
o   However, if a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of receiving your order on tayba.co@outlook.com / Instagram DM with your order number.
o   The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Please also include the original pouch and box provided.
o   Upon receiving the item, we will issue an email to notify you that we have received the faulty return. An exchange will then be arranged and processed for you.
o   Please consider using a trackable shipping service to send your faulty items back to us as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item. Any items which we do not receive are the responsibility of the customer.
o   Please note: any items which appear to have been used or worn will not be exchanged. Also, tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.

o   Due to the logistics of being a small business,  we do not currently have a returns policy in place for any other items sold on our site.

PRE-ORDERS

What You Need to Know

o   The pre-order service offered by TAY|BA allows you to place an order for items which are currently out of stock. You will receive the items before it becomes available on www.tayba.co and as soon as they are back in stock.

o All pre-orders will be delivered within 4 after the order is placed. Delays are due to the current COVID-19 situation. 

o PLEASE NOTE: Some items may arrive sooner or later than expected.

o PAYMENT: Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed on www.tayba.co

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS:

The returns policy above applies to all pre-orders. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any pre-orders. However, if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, a full refund will be issued immediately.

DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

o   FREE Standard UK Delivery

Aims to deliver within 3-5 Working Days of orders being placed.

o   Fast UK Delivery £3

Aims to deliver within 1-2 Working Days on orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday.

o   International Delivery (including Ireland) £13.50 or FREE with orders over £65

Aims to deliver within 3-7 Working Days of orders being placed. This may however take longer due to Coronavirus restrictions.

International orders may incur customs charges which we are not responsible for.
